We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $35. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at client@kitabshack.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
