At Kitab Shack, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Books must be in their original condition — unused, unmarked, and with all original packaging
• Used books sold as "used" must be returned in the same condition as received
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at client@kitabshack.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label or your preferred carrier
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a book for a different title, contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. If the new item has a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
